We at House of Resham offer a 7 DAY return-exchange policy.

Conditions for the same are -

• The product must be unused and in its original condition (including invoice, tags, inner and outer packaging, and any additional items that might have been added to the package). 
• Once the product reaches our store, it will undergo a Quality Check process. If the product passes the check, we will issue a refund to you, else we will ship the product back to you. 
• You would receive the refund of the product amount in the same payment source which you used to make this purchase within 20-25 business days from initiating the return/exchange request.
  
• We accept only size Exchanges i.e. you can exchange a product only for its other size and NOT for another product. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the stock. 
• If you wish to exchange a product for another product, you would have to return the first one and place a new order for the second one.
